The Moultrie County Health Department has set the following dates for immunization clinics. These clinics will be by appointment only.  A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child and must bring a current immunization record to the clinic before services can be provided. The fee for all children’s immunizations will be $7.00; Medicare/Medicaid is also accepted.  No one will be refused service based on ability to pay.

TB testing is also provided by appointment. The fee for a one-step TB Test is $10.00 and $20.00 for a two-step.  Please call to schedule an appointment.
