Back to School Immunizations

August is National Immunization Month

Time for Back to School Immunizations!

To celebrate National Immunization Month, come to the Moultrie County Health Department (MCHD) for your Back-to-School Immunization needs and receive a choice of coupons for a delicious treat. For those students have already completed their 2019 immunizations at the health department, stop by and choose a coupon.

If your student is aged between three and 23 years old, they may need immunizations. There are many reasons to get your vaccinations fulfilled at the health department,” MCHD Administrator Angela Hogan said. “Our department is certified by the Illinois Health Department. We can consolidate your immunization records, confirm your insurance before you arrive and schedule your child for when it is convenient for you. We will work with your physician and your school. Our registered nurses are experienced and competent at administering the vaccinations, and our department is located close to your home.

MCHD would like to extend a special thank you to the local McDonald’s, Subway and Hardee’s restaurants for their generous support of healthy students!

This offer will end soon. Please call ahead 217-728-4114 to schedule an appointment for your child immunization appointment today. You must bring your child’s immunization record with you to the appointment.
