Held at the Moultrie County Health Department, 202 S. Main, Sullivan, IL

• Original Moderna series and Moderna boosters available.
• This is for ages 6 months – 17 years. You do not need to be a resident of Moultrie County to receive the vaccine.
• MCHD bills Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurance plans.
