Immunizations

The Moultrie County Health Department provides all required immunizations to children through the age of 18 years as required by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the CDC. The Moultrie County Health Department also provides adult vaccines, including Influenza and Pneumonia Vaccines. Immunization clinics are offered at the Moultrie County Health Department three times per month. Individual appointments may be made if a client cannot be accommodated during routine clinics. Family Case Management (FCM) Program

The Moultrie County Health Department (FCM) Program operates in conjunction with the WIC program to identify and meet additional needs of families with pregnant women, infants and children. The FCM program assists families in identifying and addressing medical, financial, and social needs and services.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program

The Moultrie County Health Department WIC program is a supplemental nutrition program which serves to enhance the health and well-being of pregnant women, infants, and children through the age of five years. The WIC program provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and food instruments to enrolled clients. The Moultrie County Health Department also provides confidential pregnancy testing and assistance with the initiation of medical care.
