As we gather with family and friends this Thanksgiving, we at the Moultrie County Health Department want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the people of Moultrie County. This season reminds us how fortunate we are to live and work in a community where kindness, generosity, and support are part of everyday life.

We are deeply thankful for those who partner with us throughout the year. This includes our local leaders, healthcare providers, community organizations, volunteers, and the many residents who encourage and strengthen our work. Your support allows us to serve this county with dedication and purpose.
